About the role

Our team consists of technology enthusiasts working on new products and workflows that change how the creative advertising industry works.

Our key software product, called Cube, is a SaaS-based creative production platform that offers digital asset management, creative collaboration, and creative automation solutions used by leading brands and agencies such as Booking.com, VodafoneZiggo, Squarespace, Bol.com, TBWA and 180.

We’re looking for a Client Manager to join our team who will assist in managing existing accounts while generating new business focused on EU-based leads for Cube. In this role you will be an individual contributor focusing on annual and monthly revenue goals, renewing customer accounts and upselling different subscription packages and/or project solutions. We’re a closely knit team where everyone has a large degree of responsibility, freedom to work independently and provide feedback. We help each other out by supporting ad hoc tasks when needed and by sharing responsibilities.

Day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Maintain existing accounts and seek new clients: This includes inbound and outbound sales. You will be responsible for researching the target markets and creating your own book of business. You will be expected to reach out to potential EU agency and brand prospects by using different sales channels such as email marketing, Linkedin messaging, attending live networking events and/or calling
  • Financial reporting and tracking: Create product and project quotes for prospects, manage NDAs for incoming clients and manage invoicing for all Cube subscriptions (EU clients) in collaboration with Finance
  • Content creation: Create sales presentations tailored to individual brands and agencies. Create messaging and dynamic content for sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Product demonstrations: Provide demos (virtual or in-person) to prospects and manage communications with clients for creative automation projects in conjunction with the project manager
  • Assist the management team in designing product pricing strategies and providing feedback from clients on how to improve our services or products

About you

  • You have a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role building relationships and closing business deals
  • You have working experience or knowledge of how to create proposals, statements of work, product quotes, and/or reviewing contracts and negotiating business terms
  • You’re familiar with doing basic calculations on spreadsheets, promoting brands or products on social media, and have strong attention to detail and experience creating and presenting sales pitches
  • You have strong working knowledge and experience using the Google Suite
  • You’re creative, outgoing and a “people-person” who is eager to learn, ask questions, give and receive feedback, and develop yourself
  • You have a good understanding of the sales life cycle including pre-sales, sales and upselling
  • You preferably have experience working with MarCom or AdTech technologies and are comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and decision makers
  • You have strong English-speaking skills and are able to communicate on a professional level to provide clear updates on the development of projects with our international team and clients
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit with strong business acumen, but also know how to have a sense of humour (“laughter is good medicine”)
  • Additional language skills are a plus

We highly recommend candidates to look at Cube website, Linkedin page and blog for case studies and more information on our work.
